Jesse E. Guerra Jr. is the founder of The J. Guerra Law Firm. Mr. Guerra serves as the firm’s lead litigation counsel. In 2009, Mr. Guerra was selected as one of twenty five attorneys statewide by Texas Lawyer Magazine as Extraordinary Minority Lawyers. This prestigious award is only given once every five years. Mr. Guerra was honored for his commitment and extraordinary success in litigating swimming pool drowning cases statewide.

Mr. Guerra has is nationally recognized as an aquatic litigation attorney who’s practice is primarily focused on swimming pool safety law. His experience in the industry has also earned him the title of Legal Counsel for the National Drowning Prevention Association, an organization committed to increasing awareness for water safety. Mr. Guerra has a winning reputation in the aquatic litigation arena and is highly regarded as “THE” go to swimming pool attorney in the United States. Mr. Guerra continues to be at the forefront of swimming pool laws and health codes that effect the swimming pool industry and is an active blogger on swimming pool safety topics. Mr. Guerra also practices in work place safety law, industrial accidents/explosions, Commercial business disputes, and Trucking Cases involving commercial vehicles and eighteen wheelers.
